Learning to be a Princess!!

We LOVE the Disney Store!! They always have fun activities for my girls. This month they had "Learn to be a Princess.." The class taught them posture, how to wave like a Princess, Curtsy, and how to have a proper tea party. She Dressed up as her Favorite Princess, Tiana (Princess and the Frog) and looked soo cute. There were probably about 50 girls there. I loved watching all of them.. They take is so seriously.. Anyway we had a lot of fun, and Madie has been practicing all week!!!

My sister Kristin and I went to take my girls pictures... We only lasted about 20 minutes because it was sooo cold.. we are going to try again in a few weeks... She got a few cute ones though!! Thank you Kristin for being 8 1/2 months along and freezing while you took my girls pictures... ♥ ya!!

I have a 4 Year old??

On January 10th my baby turned4 !! I cant believe I have a 4 year old, boy does time go by fast!!
For Madisons Birthday she really wanted to go to the movie. So we got both Shepherds and Christensen's together and went to the movie. We first met at my mother in laws house for Birthday cake and let Madison open presents! She got so many wonderful gifts, Zhu, Zhus.. that she really wanted, coloring books, a Princess tent, clothes, her own MP3 player.. and many more.. Its been a couple weeks i cant remember.. Anyway we love both families for joining and for the wonderful gifts!!

Kaidence's 1st Birthday Party!!

We had a fun 1st birthday Party at Somewhere Inn Time. We had both families get together to celebrate!! We had Pork sandwiches salad's and homemade beans.. The food was really Yummy.. Thank you to my mother and mother in law for helping me with the food. :)
We sang Happy Birthday and let her have her own Cake.. She had a lot of fun!! We then opened presents..
There were so many kids and they were so excited and Kaidence didn't really care, so i had all the cousins open the presents! We all had a lot of fun and are so lucky that both Families came to share that special day!! We love all of you! THANK YOU FOR ALL THE GIFTS AND SPENDING TIME WITH US!!

Kaidence's NICU donations.

Kaidence had a great 1st Birthday. For her birthday this year, because she was a preemie last year and spent a lot of time in the NICU, we thought we would make donation to the NICU this year. We had our Family and Friends donate blanket, socks, Hats, and scrap booking supplies to the hospital. We got about 75 blankets.. A lot better than i had hoped. We attached the following letter to each blanket. Thank you to everyone that had helped us make this success full. We dropped them off with a Goodie basket from Kneaders that my mom also donated. The nurses loved it!!

Christmas Day at the Shepherds

We met up at Somewhere Inn Time, where the family got together and Jennett made great food as usual... Then we exchanged gifts!! It was a lot of Fun, Jennett made ALL the girls really cute purses got them TUTU's and hats to match.. The girls loved them.. They all sat together and put on makeup that grandma put in the purses. She also got them Pianos.. Thank you Grandma!!!!! ( we love noisy toys!) Kaidence was so tired she slept most of the day, she did have fun opening the presents she did open, and had fun playing with Dezie! Thank you Shepherd family for a great day!

Chrstimas Morning

Madison has been in the Christmas Spirit more than anyone I know.. We have been watching Christmas movies all day long, listening to Christmas songs in the car.. talking about Santa.. Well... Christmas morning has come.. Santa has come.. she is soo excited!!! She got her walking Baby she wanted soo bad, a bed her dad made her, every Princess and the Frog thing Santa could find, the missing 3 Musketeer dolls she was missing, with the horse carriage and finally her Pink gun she has wanted for years!!! Kaidence really didn't care about anything.. just 1 little Tag blanket. She just played with the paper and was good! We Woke up to a great smelling breakfast my mother in law made... It was the perfect morning...

Chrsitmas Eve

Every Year my mom plans a special night, we have done this as long as i can remember... She makes a great Turkey and Ham dinner, and we have to eat in candle light. GREAT FOOD!! she then plans a few glames where we win prizes and then exchange gifts. We have a lot of fun, the kids run around and play, and were very, very good.

Husbands Hard work

This year for Christmas my sis in law came up with a great idea to do for the girls. Make baby cribs for their dolls.
So i want to show off my husbands hard work. He worked on them every night for about a month. he also made a frame for my dad. Jeremy did all the wood work and him and Jeff (brother in law), and Earl(father in law) sanded them and painted them. Jennett (mother in law) made all the bedding. I think they turned out GREAT!! I wish i got better pictures, but everyone had to take them.. They are making them next year to sell so if your interested please let me know.
